This SERVICE is used by School Admins, Teachers, Coaching Tutors, Parents and Students.

All our Apps use Mobile Number and OTP to Register / Login to our App. Some Applications use User Name / Password as Login Credentials to access our web based application portal. We don’t restrict access from any device, we just allow access based on the Login Credentials / OTP only.

We may collect some data such as the usage pattern of our application, marks scored, etc in order to provide them personalized analytical report to improve their score and we also collect error logs to fix or troubleshoot any issues.

For our App, we always collect the information from Parents by asking them to Register with their Mobile Number and Verify it using OTP. So Parents are aware of the information they supply during Registration and the information required is very minimal such as their Name, Class / Standard they are studying and the School Information. We don’t collect any sensitive information or unnecessary information from any students including the students under age 13.

When the User contact us through Email / App / Text / Voice for requesting any help or support Or send any Feedback about our Product Or any Communication, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our Services.
